Reserve Online

View real-time availability for each room and book and pay online. Get room code 10 minutes before your reservation

Secure Access

Each space is secured with a keypad, accessible with a unique access code available only to you and your guests.

Equipment

Highspeed WiFi, rooms equipped with projector and screens, TV displays, Whiteboards, and flipchart.

Amenities

All rooms have A/C, access to kitchenette, washrooms on-site, office supplies, and catering options.

With high ceilings and exposed brick, this historic, hundred-year-old space is bound to inspire. This meeting room is perfect for creative pursuits and meetings alike with its supply of natural light, rugged textures, and down-to-earth decor.  Able to seat 6-10 people, includes whiteboard.

Step inside our small, intimate Metcalfe Suite 300. Its warm decor and simple aesthetic will inspire you to get stuff done. Just steps from the courthouse and financial district, it’s perfect for a mid-day break, morning meeting or to kick back and relax in the city’s center. Able to seat 3-6 people.

This all-glass, soundproofed room is the ideal space to host a meeting in a high-energy environment.  Exposed brick, and beams, this space pairs the best location in town with inspiring decor. Able to host 4 people, this room is perfect for your client meeting, small team strategic planning sessions.

With a winning view of Ottawa’s vibrant ByWard Market, exposed brick, is a trendy Coffee & Desert House, pairs the best location in town with relaxed decor. Able to host 18-40 people, this room is the perfect solution for your next off site.

How It Works

No long-term commitments. Reserve space by the hour, day, or month.
Private fully equipped space for you to work.

As a casual user, there is no membership fee required.  Whether you are looking to book a room for a few hours or a full day is simple.

You can use the online calendar to reserve the room that fits your needs or contact us and we will be happy to help make arrangements.

Each room is secured with a lock and keypad.  We send you an email with your code for you and your guests to access the room at the time of your reservation.

Each of the rooms at MBO COWORKING come equipped but if there is something missing just ask and we will be happy to assist with your request.

The rooms come with complimentary coffee and tea.  You can bring something in to eat and for groups greater than 8 catering can be arranged.
