Once your membership is verified and active, we can add this to your membership on request. You must have a mailbox subscription to access the Virtual Reception.
Yes, we will hold any mail on request. We also offer mail forwarding to all our customers. You can choose to have it forwarded on demand, or on a weekly or monthly basis.
All memberships for mail service are for minimum of a 1-year term. You may either pay monthly or save 2 months by paying for the entire year in advance, all payable by credit card.
We will send you an email notification if anything arrives, including photos of envelopes or packages sent to you.
Any standard letter size up to magazine format that will fit in your mail slot 7 1/2″ X 11″. Packages up to the size of a shoebox are also acceptable. For larger packages, you will be notified where on the sorting shelf it is located.
Subscriptions can be cancelled after one (1) year of service, with four (4) weeks’ written notice to hello@mbocoworking.com. We will confirm the cancellation and effective date by email. If you choose to terminate your service before 12 months have passed, you will still be charged one year’s service.
The minimum subscription length of all Mailboxes Services is twelve (12) months. You can request to terminate your service on the date of maturity. You can request this on the 11th month. For Annual subscribers, this must be done 30-days prior to the renewal date.
