How to book with the calendar?

The online calendar shows availability and is used to reserve a room.

1. In calendar view hover over dates to view & select start-end time

2. Fill in contact information, check box for Terms, and enter credit card

REQUEST FOR REFUND/CREDIT:
Depending on when you request to cancel or reschedule, you may qualify for a refund or credit:
  • Refunds 30-days prior to the reservation are subject to an 18% admin fee. (example: $300 – (fee $54) = ($246 refund.)
  • Credit or refund 7-days prior to the reservation.
    • Credit request, 100% for future reservations value within the next year.
    • Refund request payment minus a 50% admin fee. (example: $300 – (fee $150) = ($150 refund.)
  • 48-hours before the reservation, receiving a credit less the minimum room charge. Valid within the next year of the request. (example: $360 – (2-hour mini. of $90) = ($270 credit.)

This all-glass, soundproofed room is the ideal space to host a meeting in a high-energy environment.  Exposed brick, and beams, this space pairs the best location in town with inspiring decor. Able to host 4 people, this room is perfect for your client meeting, small team strategic planning sessions.

Enhanced cleaning practices for all our spaces. Meeting rooms are carefully cleaned after each reservation using EPA-approved disinfectants products effective on coronavirus. Special attention is placed to frequently touched surfaces, such as tables, countertops, doorknobs, sink faucets, TVs, and remotes.

A contact tracing system is in place for all guests as they arrive. We ask all guests to check-in at the Virtual Receptionist to support our efforts to keep a safe environment. 

Signage with building rules include wearing masks in all common areas and reminders to wash or sanitize your hands when you arrive. Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer are found in all of our meeting rooms.  We encourage you to clean surfaces before and after use to support our efforts.
