What an empathetic car?
I think it’s really interesting that we could move back to having an empathetic bond with our transportation.
That’s right, I said moving back to.
If we think of the pervasive form of transport in cultures, not even 100 years ago, were animals like horses and oxen, creatures that we created empathetic bonds with as we worked together. While the future is self-driving cars, is it really that different from the past of “self-driving” horses? Our transportation was intelligent, bred and trained for the task, and had limited understanding of mutual empathy and needs. Really makes you think.
