Meeting rooms are cleaned after each use. Our coworking office is sanitized at the end of every day. We encourage our clients to support us by using hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes found in all our rooms.
As of April 1st 2022, masks are not required in accordance with Ontario Public Health. Our community continues to wear masks in common areas while moving about the building. We do enjoy removing the masks at our desks or when in private meeting rooms.
We ask all of our clients to work with us to keep our space safe.
The office is set up to be socially distanced. We ensure the required space between all guests and members.
The HVAC mode is left in FULL AIR CIRCULATION 24/7 to promote rapid air exchange of all spaces. HVAC systems have been replaced within the last two years and undergo routine maintenance and filter replacement.
At this time, based on public health guidelines, masks are not required while you are seated at your desk. At the same time, everyone has different comfort levels, we ask that you be as considerate as possible and take appropriate steps so every member can feel comfortable.
We ask all members and visitors to check in each day using the iPad in the hall. This allows us to maintain effective records of who has been in our space each day. If a client tests positive, we will use our contract tracing system to inform anyone that had exposure or potential risk of exposure, as well as informing Ottawa Public Health. PRIVACY NOTE: the information collected is not used for any other purpose besides contact tracing.
If a client or member begins to feel unwell while in the office, we have a COVID-19 rapid test available on-site. Rapid testing plays an important role in supporting public safety.
If you are concerned about potential exposure, it is advised you contact Ottawa Public Health or Ontario Health for support.
